Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in response to a tender notice issued on 22nd September, 2020 by Sahebnagar Gram Panchayat, the petitioner submitted his tender and being the lowest bidder, was issued work order for construction of concrete road from the house of Basai Sk to the house of Sarai Molla at Kulgachi in Sahebnagar Gram Panchayat. The petitioner completed the work within due time but no payment was made by the concerned authority. He submitted a representation before the concerned authority on 19th October, 2023 requesting clearance of his bills and seeks consideration of the representation. Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the Pradhan, Sahebnagar Gram Panchayat, being the 5th respondent herein, is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by 2 the petitioner on 19th October, 2023 within six weeks from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
