The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "(i) directing the opposite party no.1 to expeditiously decide the Regular Suit No. 03/2021 (Ramkumari versus Shyam Milan Singh and others) filed by the petitioner for cancellation of gift deed dated 21.10.2020, within the stipulated time which is pending before the opposite party no.1 since 15.09.2021, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned for early disposal of the suit, which, if filed, shall be considered, as per the administrative guidelines issued by this Court, in accordance with law.
