Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following main prayers :
"(i) A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the sale deed dated 18.06.2025 contained in Annexure No. 1 which has been fraudulently executed playing fraud by opposite party no. 3,4,5,6 and 7. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the opposite party nos.4 and 5 with the help of opposite party nos.7 and 8 have fraudulently executed a sale deed in respect of Gata No.145, which was purchased by the petitioner in the year 1979 in an auction sale conducted by the District Authorities/Collector, Faizabad. The sale was confirmed by the then Commissioner, Faizabad Division, Faizabad vide
order dated 19.08.1980 in an objection filed under Rule 285 (1) of U. P. Z. A. and L. R. Rules. After the rejection of objection by the Commissioner, Faizabad Division, Faizabad, the
petitioner had already filed a writ petition, however, no relief was granted by this Court. Having gone through the contents of the writ petition, we are of the considered opinion that the petitioner, having approached this Court, may be granted liberty to approach the concerned revenue court for redressal of his grievance and protection of his rights. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate revenue court for adjudication of his rights.
