The petitioner, who is a practicing Advocate of this Court is not present to press this petition nor any supplementary affidavit as was required vide order dated 31.07.2025 has been filed. The petitioner prays for establishment of a Postmortem House in Tehsil Headquarter Bangarmau, District-Unnao as has been established in Tehsil Headquarter Sandila, District-Hardoi and in Tehsil Headquarter Nighashan, District-Lakhimpur Kheri. The reasoning given is that there is a highway nearby and several deaths occur on the highway.
