Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid execution case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, keeping in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Periyammal (Dead) by LRS V. vs. Rajamani and anr. reported in AIRONLINE 2025 SC 172.
