By means of the instant petition the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.6.2025 passed by the respondents whereby direction has been issued to hand over charge of Senior Accounts Officer to respondent no. 3. Shri N C Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 states that now the order has been modified and vide order dated 28.8.2025 directions have been issued to hand over charge to one Shri Pawan Kumar with effect from 30.9.2025. Considering that the said order already stands modified, as such this Court would not like to enter into academic questions as raised by the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
