Bharat Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for the Official respondents. On hearing, both the learned counsels submits that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in Writ Petition No.8561 of 2021 and batch, dated 02.01.2025. The operative portion of the said common order is as under: 2. 3. “Accordingiy, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, directing the petitioners to submit individuai appiications to the respondents within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, aiong with reievant annexure, such as, the appointment ietter, service record if any avaiiabie with the appeiiants and any other document reiating to their claim for absorption into aided posts. On receipt of the applications, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of applications."
