Issue an order or direction under Article 227, Constitution of India, 1950 commanding the Opposite Party No. 1 Additional District Judge/Special Court P.C. Act- V, Lucknow to expeditiously decide the proceedings pending before it in SCC Suit No.106 of 2021 titled as Dr. Beche Lal Versus Ajaj Siddiqui, filed by the Petitioners promptly within such time frame as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court in the circumstances." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
