Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority for sending guidance/ approval of payment of balance salary of petitioner w.e.f. 12.12.2015 to 18.11.2019 to the District Magistrate concerned in view of his letter dated 05.02.2025. 3. It has been submitted that grievance of petitioner with regard to payment of outstanding salary has already been submitted to the opposite party no.2 by the District Magistrate concerned but no final guidance/ approval order has been passed till date. 4. Considering aforesaid facts and innocuous nature of prayer being made before the opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner and Secretary, Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow, is directed to take a final decision with regard to the letter of District Magistrate dated 05.02.2025 expeditiously, within a period of six weeks from the date certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority. 5.
