By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject properties were allotted to her husband, Sakthivel, in a family partition. The pattas for the subject properties stand in the names of the petitioner's husband and his brother, Sudalai Madasamy. The petitioner submitted two applications on 11.07.2025 and 19.07.2025 in Application Nos.2025/0123/28/008693 and 2025/0123/28/008860, seeking survey of the subject properties. The same has not been considered.
