Instructions have been submitted by learned Standing Counsel, which are taken on record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to execute the registered lease agreement for fishing in favour of the petitioner, in the Pond being Khasra No. 159 area 0.6580 Hectare, situate at Village Chhajjupur@ Chhajmalpur, Tehsil and District Meerut, pursuant to the auction dated 10.02.2023 forthwith; (ii) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents restraining them from interfering in the fishing right of the petitioner in the Pond being Khasra No. 159 area 0.6580 Hectare, situate at Village Chhajjupur @ Chhajmalpur, Tehsil and District Meerut, pursuant to the auction dated 10.02.2023 granted in his favour;" 3. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that petitioner is free to do fishing operations over the pond in question and to get the lease deed executed is the liability of the petitioner and he may approach the Tehsil authorities and get the lease deed executed. 4. In view of the stand taken by the respondents, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities within ten days from today and it is expected that lease deed will be executed in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law.
