Learned counsel for petitioner after arguing at some length seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in case he is able to produce any medical report contrary to the medical opinion on the basis of which he has been rejected. In view of such submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to file afresh.
