Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Subhash Singh holding brief of Sri Indu Prakash Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsels for the parties, the writ petition is being decided finally. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having retired on 30.06.2024 his retiral dues have still not been paid. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents states that on account of financial crunch with which the respondents were faced it was not possible to pay the amount but states that the retiral dues as due to the petitioner would be paid expeditiously say within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5. The aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the respondents is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of. 6. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has also got some grievance pertaining to pay fixation. 7. In this regard, it would be open for the petitioner to submit a representation to respondent no.2 for redressal of his grievance within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a representation is made, the respondent no.2 shall proceed to decide the same in accordance with law which representation would be decided within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
