The proceeding in MC [CONT CAS (C)] No. 76 of 2025 has been initiated seeking for impleadment of (1) Arunkumar Sinha, IAS, presently functioning as Principal Secretary, (Agriculture) Government of Manipur & (2) Peter Salam, presently functioning as Director, (Agriculture) Government of Manipur in the rank of respondent Nos. 3 & 4 respectively, in CONT. CAS (C) No. 132 of 2023. Learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. K. Satyajeet is present before the Court physically and fairly submits that he has no objection to this application. The reasons stated in the affidavit which is appended in this application are found to be justifiable and reasonable. Accordingly, the prayer sought for impleadment is hereby considered in the interest of justice. Consequently, the applicants are directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title in CONT CAS (C) No. 132 of 2023 and submit the amendment petition.
