After arguing for some time on the maintainability of the present bail-cancellation application—filed by the applicant before this Court on the ground that the bail order passed by the learned trial court suffers from illegality— learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to file a bail cancellation application before the learned trial court, i.e., the Court of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Roorkee, Haridwar. 4. Permission as sought is granted. 5. The applicant shall be at liberty to file a bail cancellation application before the court of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Roorkee, Haridwar.
