This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "i) A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the F.I.R No.0291/2024 U/s- 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 195, 196, 197, 198, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station- Umri Begamganj, District-Gonda lodged by the opposite party No.4, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. ii) A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioners on the basis of impugned F.I.R No.0291/2024 U/s- 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 195, 196, 197, 198, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station- Umri Begamganj, District- Gonda." 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition to indicate the criminal history of the petitioners.
