Direct the Learned Judge Small Causes Court, Lucknow (respondent no. 1) to decide the S.C.C. Suit No. 229/2000 [In re: Sunita Rastogi (Dead) & Ors. Vs Brij Mohan Rastogi (Dead) & Ors.], expeditiously within a stipulated period." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4. It is made clear that no unnecessary adjournment shall be given to any of the parties. In case of adjournment, a cost of Rs.5,000/- shall be imposed upon the parties seeking adjournment.
