Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants in Case No. 622 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 238 of 2022, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 308, 452, 325,427 IPC, Police Station- Ramkola, District- Kushinagar, till conclusion of trial. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicants have not pressed the relief as sought by means of this application on merit and prayed for issuance of appropriate direction to the concerned Courts below to decide the bail application of the applicants expeditiously. 5. Learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for the informant have no objection in allowing the aforesaid prayer of the applicants. 6. Accordingly, the relief as sought by the applicants through this application is refused. 7. Considering the aforesaid alternative prayer of the applicants, it is directed that if applicants surrender before the concerned Court below within two weeks from today and apply for regular bail, their bail applications shall be decided expeditiously by the courts below in accordance with law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and Another, reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 922. 8. For the period of two weeks from today or till the time of surrender of the applicants before the Court below, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against them. 9.
