The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "direct the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge, (Junior Division) Tanda, Ambedkarnagar to decide the Original Suit No.400/2020; Hariram Versus Bindu Sagar pending before the expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned for early disposal of the suit, which, if filed, shall be considered, as per the administrative guidelines issued by this Court, in accordance with law.
