The present bail cancellation application has been filed by applicant seeking cancellation of bail in Case Crime No.186 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 115(2), 331(6), 351(3) BNS, Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act, P.S. Atrauly, District Hardoi. 3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this bail cancellation application rather seeks liberty to file the same before learned special court to which learned A.G.A. has no objection. 4. With the aforesaid liberty, the bail cancellation application is dismissed as not pressed.
