On perusal of the writ petition it appears that one transfer application was made by the petitioner on 1st December, 2023 but nothing is forthcoming from the writ petition on what ground transfer application was made and whether transfer application was forwarded by the school authority where petitioner is presently working to District Inspector of Schools (SE) concerned or not. 3. In absence of above particulars issue relating to transfer of the petitioner cannot be decided. 4. Hence, writ petition stands dismissed. 2 5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to make an application for transfer in accordance with law in future. 6.
