The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(A) Issue a order or direction to opposite party No. 01 to decide the Original Suit No.352/2021 Smt Shakeela Bagam Vs Shivdass & Others, related to house bearing no. 259, Situated at Village-Gaurabaramau, Post-Gaura Lohariya, Pargana-Isauli, Tehsil Baldirai Baramau, District- Sultanpur/Amethi, pending before him since 02.11.2021, within some stipulated time." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
