Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, the opposite party no. 3 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical and Health Services U.P., Lucknow is directed to pass appropriate orders on the online application 21.05.2025 expeditiously in terms of relevant provision of Government Order dated 06.05.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. Petitioner shall annex a hard copy of the online application which was made alongwith a certified copy of this order. 4. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
