Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to release and pay all remaining post retiral dues of late Smt. Savitri Devi, in favour of petitioner. 3. It is submitted that the deceased was aunt of petitioner and passed away on 03.09.2021 but prior to her demise, she has executed a registered will deed in favour of petitioner dated 21.02.2018, it is submitted on the basis of aforesaid will deed, a declaration has also been issued in favour of petitioner by the Civil Court vide order dated 14.12.2024 in M.N.R. No. 108 of 2024. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 i.e. District Judge, District Court Ayodhya who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority, if not already decided in which case, petitioner shall be provided a copy of the final decision taken. 5.
