Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court made in the writ petition has been complied with by stating that the seniority list has been prepared in accordance with the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD) No.6179 of 2023 etc., batch, dated 26.06.2023. 3. Since the order has been complied, no further action is required as of now and, accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
