The present application has been initiated for willful disobedience of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.792 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022. However, the aforesaid counsels for the respondents in this matter submitting that the order dated 11.08.2025 of Government of Manipur/Secretariat, Agriculture Department, this order consisting in all Para Nos.1-13 whereas Para No.12 of the compliance order issued by Principle Secretary/ Agriculture, Government of Manipur that the learned Single Judge on the writ side in WP(C) No.84 of 2016 and WP(C) No.956 of 2017 has directed the State Government to consider the case of the petitioner. However, the State Government had JOHN TELEN KOM Digitally signed by JOHN TELEN KOM Date: 2025.09.01 14:04:41 -07'00' 2 regularized the service of the 8 writ petitioners in terms of the order dated 12.08.2022 without realizing the settled law of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in catena of its judgment and same has been stated in details in Para No.12 of this compliance order rendered by the Government of Manipur and more so specifically stated that the petitioners in WP(C) No.78 of 2022 cannot be claimed parity in terms of settled of the Supreme Court in the case of Basawaraj Vs Special Land Acquisition Officer (2013) 14 SCC 81, Union of India Vs M.K. Sarkar 2010(1),… SCC 59, however, in the last paragraph of this complaint order revealed as in respect of the compliance of order dated 2…..08.2022 rendered by the learned Single Judge on the aforesaid writ petition which is indicated specifically therein and even in above order dated 11.08.2025 issued by the Government of Manipur, Secretariat Finance Department pay implementation Act. Therefore, this complaint order rendered by Principle Secretary/Agriculture Department, Government of Manipur is taken on record. Consequently, the present contempt petition is hereby closed.
