Heard. Perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/complainant submitted that petitioner/accused died on 21.11.2018 and a copy of death certificate is also enclosed. 4. A perusal of the record goes to show that no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner and legal representatives have also not come forward. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Criminal Revision Petition as abated. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
