Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned to refund additional deduction amount of Rs.2,775/- per month from petitioner's pension in lieu of deduction towards commutation of pension. 3. It is submitted that petitioner had sought and was approved commutation of pension at the time of superannuation on 30.04.2004 but despite commutation amount having already been deducted, extra deduction has been made. 4. For redressal of said grievance, petitioner is said to have submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before authority concerned. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for decision on representation of petitioner. 5. Considering the innocuous prayer, without adverting to merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Executive Engineer, Nirman Khand-2, Public Works Department (PWD), Faizabad/Ayodhya. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order. 6.
