Having regard to the facts of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Petitioner to approach the Respondent Authority, particularly, the Panchayat Secretary of Kondepi Gram Panchayat, Prakasam District (Respondent No.4) by making an Application for approval of the tin shed. 3. Let the Application be made within one week from today and the same be considered as per law by the competent authority by passing a speaking order. 4. There shall be a direction to all the parties to maintain Status-quo obtaining as on today, until the Panchayat Secretary of Kondepi Gram Panchayat, Prakasam District (Respondent No.4) conveys the final outcome as regards the Application of the Petitioner. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
