Learned A.G.A. stated that the present petition for the relief sought, quoted above, ought to have been filed under Section 529 B.N.S.S. The remedy available has not been disputed by learned Counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition and it is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh in correct provision and with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof.
