The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following main prayer:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties particularly opposite party no.2 to issue a formal order for grant of recognition for B.Ed Course in the petitioner institution under Regulation 7(16) of the NCTE Regulation, 2014 expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice." 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that a representation has already been filed which is pending with the respondent no.2. 4. Considering the fact that the representation is already pending before the respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party no.2 to decide the same in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
