Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in the matter on 05.08.2025:- “Following order was passed in this matter on 25.07.2025: - “The judgment has still not been complied with, even though notice of the petition was issued on 16.06.2025. Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record a copy of the office instructions dated 24.07.2025 and on that basis, seeks adjournment by one week. The prayer is accepted. On the basis of office instructions dated 04.08.2025 issued from the Additional Director General Prisons & Correctional Services, Himachal Pradesh, learned Deputy Advocate General informs that the judgment in question has still not been complied with. Learned Deputy Advocate General seeks a week’s further time to comply with the judgment. Prayer is accepted. However, this shall be at the cost of Rs.15,000/- to be deposited in the Himachal Pradesh Aapda Raahat Kosh before the next date. List on 12.08.2025.” 2. Pursuant thereto learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 01.08.2025 from the Additional Director General, Prisons & Correctional Services, H.P. alongwith consideration order dated 07.08.2025 and also documents acknowledging payment of costs of Rs.15,000/- in Apda Rahat Kosh. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that petitioners’ pay shall be re-fixed and arrears due and admissible to them shall be released in their favour within six weeks. 4. Taking note of the aforesaid documents and order as also the submissions made by learned Additional Advocate General, this execution petition to stand disposed of, - 3 - reserving liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of their surviving grievances in accordance with law at an appropriate stage, in case need so arises in future.
