On due consideration of submissions and the grounds shown in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the grounds are sufficient to condone the delay. The application is allowed. Delay in filing the revision is condoned. Order on the memo of Revision The sole argument advanced by learned counsel for the revisionist is that some amount has been paid by the revisionist to respondent nos. 2 and 3, which may be adjusted in the maintenance allowed by the family court, in regard to which learned A.G.A. submits that the revisionist may move appropriate application before the concerned court, who may consider the same. In view of above, without entering into merit of the case, the revision is disposed of with liberty to the revisionist to move appropriate application before the concerned Family Court for adjustment of the amount, if any, paid by him to respondent nos. 2 and 3 in appropriate proceeding, which may be considered by the concerned court in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the parties. .
