The learned counsel submits that the impleadment of 2(two) persons is necessary for effective compliance of the Court’s directions. Mr. S. Bora, learned counsel appears for the respondent No.1 and has no objection. In view of above, Sri Jatin Bora, Secretary to the Government of Assam, Welfare of Bodoland Department and Shri Jayant Narlikar, Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance Department are hereby allowed to be impleaded as respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
