Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 12.09.2025, wherein, it is stated that the orders dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13229 of 2024 are complied with and disposed of the representation submitted by the petitioner as directed by this Court. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and requested this Court to close the present contempt case granting liberty. 5. In view of the disposal of the representation submitted by the petitioner and in view of the compliance of the orders of this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. 6. Recording the submissions made, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim, if any.
