In this writ petition, she challenged her transfer from Government Higher Secondary School, Doiwala (Dehradun) to Government Inter College, Mori (Uttarkashi), vide order dated 26.06.2023. 4. Coordinate Bench granted interim order in favour of the petitioner on 07.07.2023. However, in the meantime, petitioner moved representation against her transfer, which was rejected by Director, Secondary Education and in compliance of the said order, Regional Additional Director, vide order dated 26.08.2023, directed the petitioner to join at transferred place. 5. Since the aforesaid order dated 26.08.2023 was challenged by petitioner in another Writ Petition (S/S) No. 1731 of 2023 in which an interim order was also passed, therefore, due to filing of another writ petition (WPSS No. 1731 of 2023), the relief as claimed in this writ petition do not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
