Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the non- applicant/respondent. While placing on record communication dated 19.8.2025, issued under the signature of Director of School Education, Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as copy of office order dated 19.8.2025, annexed with the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. Perusal of communication dated 19.8.2025, reveals that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, respondents after having considered case of the petitioner in light of judgment dated 18.12.2024 rendered by coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 13733 of 2024 have decided to grant consequential benefits qua monetary benefits and in that regard, Director (Elementary Education) has imparted instructions to the Deputy Director of School Education, Kangra at Dharamshala, to grant pay-scale of Rs. 5480-8925 w.e.f. 10.12.1998 to the petitioner and pay arrears strictly in terms of Finance Department. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly, same is disposed of. Notices stand discharged. This Court hopes and trusts that monetary benefits shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within six months. August 20, 2025 (Sandeep Sharma), manjit Judge
