In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to the respondent No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer: "Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 3 to take a legal action against the opposite party No. 4 in pursuance of the Case Crime No. 289/2025, under Section 80(2), 85 of BNS and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Nanpara, District- Bahraich." 4. Sri G. D. Bhatt, has shown a copy of instruction letter dated 01.08.2025 provided by Sri Pradyumn Kumar Singh, Investigating Officer/ Circle Officer, Nanpara, Bahraich, wherein this fact has been indicated that in the aforesaid case, charge-sheet has already been filed. The aforesaid letter is taken on record. 5. In the wake of the aforesaid development, the prayer so made in the writ petition is misconceived. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 6.
