Heard Shri Shashank Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Angad Kumar Vishwakerma, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Prince Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 and perused the records. 2. The instant application has been filed by the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 0236/2025, under Sections 109(1), 352, 351(3) BNS at Police Station Phardhan, District Lakhimpur Kheri. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 18.06.2025 against four persons, including the applicants, stating that all the accused persons had assaulted the informant at about 9.30 p.m. on 17.06.2025 and when two other persons tried to save him, they were also assaulted. All three persons suffered injuries on their heads. 4. The injury reports mentions plural injuries suffered by all the three injured persons, although the nature of injuries has not opined to be grievous. 5. Having gone through the aforesaid allegations, I am of the view that these allegations do warrant this court to exercise its jurisdiction by granting pre-arrest bail to the applicants. The application is accordingly rejected. 6. In case the applicants appear before the trial court and seek their release on bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law, without being influenced by rejection of this anticipatory bail application.
