The petitioner apprehending his arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(2), 132, 121 (1), 121(2), 262, 263, 109, 351(3), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is absolutely innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the First Information Report. He further submits that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but the allegation is verry vague and general in nature. He lastly submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
3. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur, in connection with Karon, P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.’ If the petitioner will not co-operate in the investigation/trial, the State would be free to take appropriate action available under law.
