Ayodhya (old Faizabad) to decide the Application for temporary injunction under order 39 rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. dated 15/11/2023 registered as application 6 Ga in Suit in Regular Suit No. 242/2024 namely "Vishnu Vs. Manoj" pending before Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ F.T.C. Ayodhya (old Faizabad) (annexure no. 2), expeditiously preferable within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice. " 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid injunction application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
