The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police are not interfering in the family disputes. 2 4. Be that as it may, the Writ Petition is disposed of, making it clear that the respondents 5 and 6 shall not interfere in the family/civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 7 to 10, without following due process of law.
