Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tetulmari P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308(4), 109, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Md. S. Ali Naiyar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 02.12.2024, Tetulmari Police on the basis of confidential Information that some miscreants had fired at the labourer working on Railway siding near Gaya Bridge to enforce the demand of rangdari, reached at the place of occurrence. On inquiry, it transpired that rangdari was demanded by the gangster Prince Khan. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 5. Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned Special P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is accused in another case of similar nature. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Md. S. Ali Naiyar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Tetulmari P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
