2. Since common questions of law and fact are involved in these petitions, therefore they are heard together and are being decided by a common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity, facts of Writ Petition No. 3394 of 2025 (MS) alone are being discussed and considered.
3. Petitioners are running institution where religious teachings are imparted. By means of these writ petitions, petitioners have sought a direction to the authorities to permanently unseal the premises of the institution run by them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical issue was decided by this Court in Writ Petition No. 835 of 2025 (MS) and other connected petitions, therefore, these petitions be decided in terms of the said judgment.
5. Learned State Counsel fairly concedes that the issue decided in that writ petition covers the issue raised by petitioners in these petitions,
2025:UHC:10881 therefore, he has no objection if these petitions are decided in terms of the said judgment.
6. Accordingly, writ petitions are decided in terms of judgment dated 26.08.2025, rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 835 of 2025 (MS).
7. Petitioners shall give undertaking before the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate that they will neither run Madarsa nor use the expression ‘Madarsa’ in the name of institution run by them till the time their institution is duly registered/recognized by Uttarakhand Madarsa Education Board.
8. It is made clear that if petitioners fail to abide by the undertaking given by them or if they are found unauthorisedly using the expression ‘Madarsa’ in the name of institution run by them, the authorities shall be free to take necessary action against the petitioners.
