This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 08.07.2025 passed by Respondent No. 3 (Lucknow Development Authority), whereby material changes to the project land including alterations in land use, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), and the nature and character of the "Ananta Tower" project have been regularized by way of compounding. (contained as Annexure No.1) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned sanctioned building plan (MAP) and layout dated 07.12.2021, along with all consequential and incidental proceedings thereto, after calling for and examining the records pertaining to the same." 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as such with liberty to file a fresh. 4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition on behalf of home buyers.
