Time extension application MCRC No. 2 of 2025 has been moved by the Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Ramnagar, District Nainital praying for extension of time for disposal of Session Trial No. 18 of 2023, State of Uttarakhand vs. Harpal Singh and others. 2. This Court by judgment dated 20.03.2025 directed the concerned court to expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of production of certified copy of the order. Now, the application has been moved by the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Ramnagar seeking for some more time to expedite the trial. 3. Since, earlier order was passed on 20.03.2025 for expediting the trial within six months, therefore, in such an eventuality, keeping in view the request, as made by learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Ramnagar, further three months’ time is granted to expedite the trial. 4. Accordingly, time extension application is allowed and direction is being issued to expedite the Trial of S.T. No. 18 of 2023 within aforesaid extended period of three months.
