The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024, registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 117(2), 74, 303(2), 85, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the informant and false allegation has been made against all the family members and all the family members have been implicated in this case. He submits that father-in-law against whom allegation of molestation of modesty is there, has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No. 2016 of 2025. He submits that allegation against the petitioner is made that he has assaulted the informant however, there is no injury report. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there and the petitioner is husband of the informant. 5. Considering that petitioner is husband of the informant and allegation is there against all the family members and all the family members have been implicated, the father-in-law against whom allegation of ( 2025:JHHC:25250 ) molestation of modesty is there, has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No. 2016 of 2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Hazaribag, in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
