Heard Shri Ravi Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the recovery certificate dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure-1). The said recovery certificate was issued against as many as 5 persons, four of the other persons, namely, Suresh Chandra Verma and 3 others had approached this Court by filing Writ-A No.8188 of 2025 which was allowed vide order dated 01.08.2025. 3. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is noticee no.1 in the same recovery certificate. 4. Considering the fact that all these petitions were considered and decided in respect of the co-noticees, following the said judgment, the present writ petition is also allowed on the same terms and conditions and reasoning contained in the judgment dated 01.08.2025 passed in Wri-A No.8188 of 2025. .
