From perusal of the record, this Court finds that the case has been filed by the petitioner before the court concerned only on 17.9.2024. Having considered the aforesaid, this Court at this stage is not inclined to pass any order leaving it open to the petitioner to move an application before the court concerned and needless to say that any application filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the court concerned in accordance with law. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
