Shukla, A.P.P. --- 03 / 10.09.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 929 of 2016 for the offences registered under sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla. 3. On 18.09.2016, Informant was waylaid by unknown robbers near Ruki Valley. Accused persons looted key of the motorcycle, mobile and purse of the Informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on the T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered rom the possession of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the looted mobile so recovered from the possession of co- accused on his confession, was given to him by this petitioner. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla in connection with Ghaghra P.S.
